SHIPPING, PAYMENTS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At RWND, we believe in thoughtful purchases and pieces made to be worn and cherished. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch.

1. PAYMENT

RWND accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

2. SHIPPING

We currently ship across India. Orders are generally processed within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier partner.

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer one exchange per order within 3 days of delivery, subject to eligibility and availability.

We do not offer returns or monetary refunds for change of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection.

Exchange for a Size or Different Product

Eligible products may be exchanged for a different size or another product of equal or higher value.

* Higher-value product: The price difference must be paid online before the exchange is processed.
* Equal-value product: No additional product payment is required.
* Lower-value product: With your agreement, the difference may be issued as RWND store credit. No cash refund will be provided for the difference.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Exchange Conditions

Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact. Products must be free from stains, marks, perfume or other odours.

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. Exchanges are dependent on stock availability.

Applicable exchange shipping and handling charges are payable by the customer and will be communicated before the exchange is confirmed.

Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs and an unboxing video where available.

Our team will review the concern and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer rights. Where the issue is verified as attributable to RWND, the applicable resolution and shipping costs will be handled by us.

5. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Many RWND pieces feature traditional hand block printing and other handcrafted techniques. Slight variations in colour, texture, print placement or finish are natural characteristics of the process.

Colours may also vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Such natural variations are not considered defects.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need assistance with an order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
